Free Will 1
Free will and predetermination is like a fish swimming in a river. The fish can swim from embankment to embankment, upstream, downstream or in circles. While the fish is moving wherever it chooses, the river is slowly moving toward to ocean. The fish's movement is free will, the embankments are duality and the flow to the ocean is predetermination: the nature of Absolute Consciousness.

Framework
A framework is any form of structure you have been born into, adopt or create that provides a reason and direction for your life beyond this short physical existence. Living your life without a framework to put that existence into can be the subtlest entrapment, in the guise of absolute freedom. On the other hand, frameworks of any description carry the potential to grossly entrap, and then distort the entrapment as freedom.

Crucial Moments
Crucial moments always occur in your life, some are devastating while others release waves of anxiety and dread. They can sneak into your life, you being totally unaware; or they can be observed building up to an explosive climax or an implosive darkly controlled negation. Crucial moments in your life will always keep coming at you, sometimes when you least expect it; and infrequently one after the other in rapid succession.

Information Overload
It was not that long ago when one had to struggle for information or go great distances to contact anyone that held any form of wisdom you where searching for. Today there are a plethora of avenues for every conceivable piece of information that once required intense searching. This ceaseless mass of information all has value, but it can also become a barrier to the very thing you are searching for.

Free Will 2
Free Will Two follows from the first essay in the articles page called Free Will One. Free will means the freedom to make choices without impinging upon anyone's autonomy, either overtly or covertly. This is where you enter into moral and ethical thoughts and actions. How to instill moral and ethical guidelines without fear as a driving force has been, and is, a dilemma for parents, religion and countries.

The Globalization Wheel
Globalization is control. Once control is attained it becomes a trying, if not near impossible, task to wrestle control away from those forming the hub of the wheel. Those on the rim remain on the rim, slowly being ground down. But the rim is important to the hub or there would be no wheel, and no necessity for a hub. The wheel is not the problem it is a symptom, as the wheel will always reappear in new disguises.

Depression
There is no immunity from depression. It will strike young and old, rich and poor alike. Depression in some form will attack everyone in varying degrees of intensity at different stages in their life. It can be so well hidden that one may never be able to detect it in another. But for those, whom it has besieged, it is always present and working through interior dark corridors with little or no appreciable light at the end of the tunnel. But there is light, it simply requires unveiling.

Awareness
Awareness is simply the quietude of your mind when nothing or no mind function is moving, referred to as no-mind. When everything within is in absolute stillness, there is total awareness that rests upon nothing other than itself. Spiritual teachers and meditators point at that awareness as the peaceful and serene center of your existence, but what does that mean?

Creation and Evolution
Darwinian evolutionists and creationists are at a stalemate concerning the origins of humankind. Creationists claim humankind is a direct result of a initiating creator source. Evolutionists claim humankind evolved from lower species of animals into a superior race of animals, namely us. Paradoxically both are correct.

Macdonalds Spirituality
There appears to be a growing trend toward instant everything, neatly packaged and easy to assimilate. Thinking is being bound within minimization, which does have its upside side as it is easily digested and recalled or thoughtlessly regurgitated. This minimization may be neat packaging, but the substance, depth and breadth of what is packaged is missing or obscured by the quick assimilation. Are we developing into a Macdonalds society where only the superficial is necessary? Where 'things', neatly packaged, become more important than understanding the 'how' and 'why' of what is packaged.

Non-aging Consciousness
Non-aging consciousness is the only constant you have, everything else is in continuous change. You may not appreciate that statement until one day you realize that you 'still feel young', which of course tells you that your body has aged. The 'still feeling young' is consciousness reminding you that no matter how old you are consciousness is ageless. From birth to death that awareness never alters, which is a direct indication of your permanent spirit existence as opposed to your transitory physical existence.

Spiritual Lethargy
Your transitory physical existence is similar to a temporary visitor's visa. Both are short term and both have an expiry date. When that expiry date appears an unseen burden may materialize, created by not investigating the how and why of the visa.

The Devastation of the 'Little Wrinkle'
The wrinkle occurs the moment you believe your own thoughts. Thought in itself is open-ended or unrestricted. The moment you add belief to a thought you have created restriction. And this is where all the problems of individuals and the totality of humankind run into endless forms of conflict. Free unrestricted thought creates a prison for itself by the restriction of belief in its own thought. This does not imply that the thought or belief is right or wrong, just self-contained or restrictive. The restriction creates the wrinkle.

Expectations and Goals
Your expectations and goals, no matter how good, can be the very thing standing in the way of achieving them. This is not suggesting that goals and expectations are bad or good, just that both maintain the existence of the deception-shadow that controls and directs your life.

Eye of the Needle
Is it possible to achieve a pure feeling sense of connection to a creator source beyond constructs, beliefs, and the subliminal patterns they instill? That question is at the heart of existence, and is the eye of the needle. A permanent connection to your source of existence — a greater sense of Presence beyond your own sense of presence — is achievable. But how do you discover it beyond constructs, beliefs and internal patterns?

Duality Entrapment
Duality encompasses your entire life, filling each moment with opportunity. It rarely is seen or experienced as an opportunity as it can and does bring conflict, pain and destruction.

The Separation of Mind and Consciousness
The separation between your mind and consciousness is the primary cause for the majority of your existence problems. This separation is not even a well-known fact, as mind and consciousness appear to act as one. And paradoxically they do. But the separation is at the core of existence.

Compassionate Seeing is Being
Compassion is natural and normal for every human; it is the substance of your being. It is the mind functions that ignore it. Or using your mind functions to evolve the innate purity of consciousness you create equanimity of compassion. And that is unconditional love. You have never left home.

The Hypocrisy of Dual or Multiple Alignment
The hypocrisy of dual or multiple alignment is a subliminal pattern maker that goes unnoticed within daily existence. When things begin to go horribly wrong in your life you may look everywhere for a cause. Many may be found, but hidden causation lies deeply buried within self-created everyday patterns, that few even consider worthy of investigation.

Belief can be the Final barrier to Faith
Ultimately a belief is not a problem. The problem is the borders a belief creates. Pure faith is always open-ended without borders of any description. The moment faith is restricted within borders, no matter how good the borders are, a deception will arise upon the border to use the faith as both a weapon and a shield.

Spiritual Terrorism
This essay is on good intent being transformed into borders, sustaining the fear of those borders even though the border has been constructed upon trust. Trust and fear are a duality, resulting in endless border wars.

Anorexia of the Mind
Anorexia of the mind is spirit starvation, by feeling satisfied with food that has no lasting or fulfilling nourishment.

The Prism Prison
The Light of the prism creates individual colors. Each color experiences the Light as the color they live within, separating themselves from the Light, and all the other colors, by belief in their own color.

Borders of the Mind
A border defines, and that definition is held as sacred to some and misguided to others. When what is sacred meets what is seen as misguided conflict easily erupts.

Defining your Existence
Defining your existence is the most important aspect of living and yet it is normally ignored or avoided as to difficult to comprehend.

Spiritually Impoverished
False hope in the guise of progress will always come back to bite, as it fosters hopelessness, creating the teeth for that action.

Patterns of Living
Patterns of living begin their formation when you draw your first breath upon this planet. From that moment onward your entire life is spent forming and reforming patterns of living that are normally all security based.

Mind Graffiti
Graffiti of the mind becomes real for you by your belief in its reality. However, that reality will always be in conflict with the reality of another, leading into construct wars on multiple levels of living.

A 'Silent Hug'
Understanding the conditionality of the word, love

Compassionate Retaliation
Compassionate retaliation is 'turning the other cheek', which is unguarded trust in the face of mistrust.

Your Word is your Bond
The title states exactly what the essay about.

The Dilemma of Practicing Christians
Understanding the experiential difference between restricted belief and unrestricted faith actualizes the religious/spiritual experience.

Duality within the Eternal Moment
Duality within the eternal moment exposes non-moving consciousness as what and who you are, with the moving mind providing character to that non-alterable center.

The Fullness of the Empty Circle
As another way to express the inexpressible, this quarterly essay is written in freeform verse rather than prose.

The Timeless Nature of Consciousness
Experientially encountering the timeless nature of consciousness unveils its inherent but impersonally embedded direction, revealing your true identity.

Conditional and Unconditional Mind
Self-created patterns establish your conditional mind, effectively controlling your life without you being aware of that control, simultaneously blocking unconditional mind from view

Love Cannot Evolve out of Fear
Religions have a tendency to rely heavily upon fear to establish a moral code and ethical behavior, which is contrary to the unconditional love they use as a foundation for the religion, as unconditional love contains no element of fear.
